Indian cuisine

 

 

reflects an 8,000 years history of various groups and cultures interacting with the subcontinent, leading to diversity of flavours and regional cuisines found in modern-day India. Later, trade with British and Portuguese influence added to the already diverse Indian cuisine.

 

The UK's first Indian restaurant, the Hindoostanee Coffee House, opened in 1810. By 2003, there were as many as 10,000 restaurants serving Indian cuisine in England and Wales alone. One of the best known examples of British Indian restaurant cuisine is Chicken Tikka Masala , which has also been called "a true British national dish.

Thom our chef has been live in Derby-shire for 10 years brought the British Indian Cuisine to Pai since 2014.

We are proud to present a wide variety of regional British Indian cuisines to you. The only one Indian restaurant in Pai.

Learn the art of Thai cooking at

​

 BeBe Wok ‘n’ Roll cooking course

The course offers hands on training by Thom, an English speaking chef with cooking experience around the globe. She will guide you through all the ingredients needed to cook traditional Thai dishes on your tour of the local fresh food market. Alternatives will be given for when you are cooking back home, as some ingredients may not be readily available.

You can expect to have expert help making all dishes from scratch yourself using fresh organic herbs from our garden. All courses can be adapted to your tastes or vegetarian preferences. Have fun and invite a friend or two to join you to enjoy your new found culinary skills and creations the same evening.
